Mis-Sold service and Broken Promises
I was sold liquidation as a pathway to targeted recovery against a former director, with explicit scope on: “Initiating Recovery Actions for Outstanding Debts (former Director, Director’s loan etc).” I even borrowed from friends and family to pay for that work.
I was told there’s “no basis” to pursue recovery and that where the money went is “not a concern.” That contradicts both the evidence and the duties I believed would be carried out.
I paid for recovery, not resignation. Please deliver the recovery actions sold to me

What a bunch of crooks...I go to them to liquidate my company and pay them to do so. They said Yes dont worry we will make it go away. Next thing I know a few months later they have appointed freeths to investigate...so effectively I've paid them to sue me. And with one of the biggest law firms in the UK. I assume they will be taking their cut. They promise to help you, but in reality they just cause more stress, work and potentially your ability to act as a director. Avoid...keep away....go elsewhere...

Kept chasing after a few months until even the director responded reassuring they are busy but will deal with everything. 3 years later I still have to chase to no avail. I was Greatly misled by Hampshire Accountants. It should not take 3 years for a liquidation. Assign at your own risk.
